If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes, but is not limited to: Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers. Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed. Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information. Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. Must Have: Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program Current CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn Nice to Have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents Behavioral care / memory care experience As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
