Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting changes in resident conditions, maintaining confidentiality, providing personal care assistance, and performing various nursing care procedures. Must possess minimum 10th grade education and be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
