Job Description

Direct the day to day functions of nursing assistants in long term care facility. Supervise nursing personnel, administer medications, provide direct patient care, maintain documentation and records. Responsible for resident assessments, care planning, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain quality of care standards.
