Job Description
Seeking an RN to assist Director of Nursing Services in directing day-to-day nursing activities at long-term care facility. Key responsibilities include: supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality care standards, managing admissions/discharges, administering medications, monitoring resident care plans, participating in committees, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Must have RN license, 2+ years experience preferably in long-term care, and strong clinical and leadership skills.
