Job Description
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) position responsible for providing and overseeing patient care and services safely. Duties include observing and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, taking vital signs, preparing treatment equipment, maintaining patient records, and supervising CNAs.
