Job Description
We are a 112 bed facility with a 5-star Quality of Care rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, specializing in rehabilitation, subacute, and skilled nursing care. We service the highest acuity patient care needs in the West Valley after hospital discharge, with specialty programs for respiratory therapy, stroke rehab, and orthopedic surgery rehabilitation. Our respiratory therapy program includes ventilator weaning and tracheostomy decannulation.
