Arranges appropriate appointments with Health Care Providers to complete physical examinations, including required additional health screenings and supplemental tests. Administers medications and maintain accurate medication supply records. Maintains adequate inventory of medical supplies in compliance with governing regulations and agency policy. Implements and assures adherence to Infection Control policies and practices. Provides education for clients regarding health, nutrition, safety, and medication compliance. Manages Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Write and maintain updated multidisciplinary treatment plans for clients based on their needs. Other related duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Director of Nursing or Chief Executive Officer. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing is required. Current RN license in good standing in New Jersey is required. Current First Aid/CPR Certification issued by the American Red Cross or the American Red Cross Association required. May be recent graduate of approved nursing school or a minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience. Knowledge of accurate record keeping in accordance with regulatory agencies and standards. Knowledge of nutritional requirements and practices. Ability to plan and organize work with prioritization and time management skills. Ability to prepare accurate records and reports.
