Home Health Aide (HHA) position at Fox Trail Memory Care Living requires caring for senior residents with Alzheimer's & Dementia, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining resident dignity, and working as a compassionate team member in an intimate home-like setting. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, meal preparation, creating meaningful activities, and following individualized wellness plans. Candidates must have a high school diploma, state certification, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong communication and decision-making skills.
