Registered nurses will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in daily departmental functions, ensure nursing personnel adhere to standards, participate in facility surveys, conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing service quality, and address and report complaints and grievances.
