Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistance LPN, responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to the Independent Living residents and support the physician services provided in the clinic setting. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to the Independent Living residents and support the physician services provided in the clinic setting. Responsibilities include supervising direct care, completing documentation, maintaining resident privacy, assisting with resident assessments, providing emergency care, administering medications, assisting physicians, and helping with medical clearances and employee injuries.
