"The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Haskell, NJ. At the Phoenix Center, we care for both the geriatric and pediatric populations. Responsible for the daily operations of a nursing unit within the facility, supervising CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, providing clinical expertise, participating in care planning, coordinating with Director of Nursing, conducting resident status documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and families."
