The Actors Fund Home is an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of a CMS Five Star Rating. It provides care services for residents and offers nursing positions focused on providing compassionate, person-centered care for aging individuals. Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents under the supervision of the RN Supervisor and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. Responsibilities include assessing residents, reviewing care plans, coordinating nursing services, administering treatments and medications, completing documentation, monitoring nurse call systems, supervising CNAs, and providing person-centered dementia care. Requires an active nursing license in New Jersey, previous long-term care experience, and a desire to work with aging populations.
