"The Passaic County Preakness Healthcare Center is a 406-bed nursing facility providing subacute and long-term care. Full-time Registered Nurses needed for 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift at Passaic County Preakness Healthcare Center. Responsibilities include resident assessments, resident-centered care, medication administration, treatments per physician orders, documentation, and maintaining cooperative relationships with residents and staff.
