Wellness Nurse responsible for overall well being of residents. Responsibilities include identifying ongoing resident needs, conducting monthly wellness visits, assessing and monitoring resident health, maintaining medical records, ensuring medication and treatment administration, conducting resident assessments, communicating with families and physicians, following infection control practices, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Qualifications require a nursing degree, current RN license, minimum one year healthcare experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.
