As a Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor on our team, you will create a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. Responsibilities include directly supervising nursing staff by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care, conducting nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift, providing education to staff, residents, and family members, ensuring staff performance adheres to local, state, and federal guidelines, and performing other duties as assigned by nursing leadership."
