Responsibilities include directly supervising nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care, conducting nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift, providing education to staff and residents, ensuring staff perform duties according to guidelines, and completing other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
