Job Responsibilities: Administering medications and treatment as required Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents Documenting resident care Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as other facility policies Consulting with physicians regarding resident’s plan of care and for any modifications Supervising nursing assistants to ensure personal care is provided Communicating with physicians, family members and team members Providing patient/family education to prepare for discharge to home Responding in a timely fashion to residents needs
