Job Description
Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies. Work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide top-notch care for our residents. Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed. Follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs. Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
