Job Description
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse. Qualifications: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent - required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Conduct regular medication audits and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor and document clients' response to medications. Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust medication plans as needed. Educate clients on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain a safe and secure medication storage area. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
