As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing nursing care, medication management, and support to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment. Previous experience in a substance abuse treatment facility is preferred. Responsibilities: Administer nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conduct health assessments and monitor the physical and mental well-being of clients. Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate clients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the recovery process.
