The 3 nurses I encountered, Stacie B, Shivani, && the Filipino nurse were amazing, everything else was terrible. I was scheduled for a double, I wasn’t on the schedule 7-3, I stood there until 7:40 waiting for direction, the supervisor told me follow him && told another nurse she could leave. Then they began a debate over who should actually get to leave. I finally got report but still didn’t have a login, I got the login but didn’t have water/juice/applesauce/pudding on my cart. It was almost 8:30am when I finally got started. I had 33 dementia patients 7-3 then they moved me to the other hallway 3-11 where I had 34 dementia patients && most didn’t speak English. The facility was filthy, the med cart was filthy, it smelled horrible && I was disgusted. I didn’t sit down once in 16hrs, I took my break at 10pm! Nurses who like going here are the lords strongest soldiers for sure! The staff to patient ratio is way more than I’m use to && I felt unsafe with that many patients. Never again.

Did not receive report until 8:20 am. The nurse i worked with continuously chased me down to give frivolous tasks SHE COULD GAVE DONE then proceeds to deflect when i need to be signed out. DON is beyond rude & focused on un important items yet can’t ensure that we should have enough supplies. They do not provide POC login but use a general one for agency. Facility is dirty, nurses are rude and petty and when it’s time to sign out everyone hides or deflects to someone else. unwelcoming atmosphere never coming back

Worked here for a while as agency during the times the had agency running building because they allow their own staff to call out , come in any time! They don’t respect agency especially because they constantly ask us to become staff but when you don’t issues arise. Constantly canceling your shifts just to post them back on the app is so weird. Will be calling the state to look into them this facility is so weird!!

Most of the staff were nice (LPns, RNS) the cna’s that are staffed are not pleasant to work with.. except Tracey. I absolutely would never choose to work here again. Also pretty dysfunctional and all over the place.

Staff was great. But the nurse to patient ratio on 11-7 puts your license at risk! I will not be returning
