Seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Artesia Palms Care Center, a 296 secured bed skilled nursing facility. The LVN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, behavior problems and stabilized mental illness, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements include an active LVN license in California, experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings, excellent clinical and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
