Job Description
Garden Grove Post Acute is a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility committed to fostering a supportive workplace culture for nurses, offering opportunities for professional development and leadership roles in patient care. As an RN Supervisor, you will: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day nursing operations of the facility, including developing the monthly nursing schedule. Provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized resident care plans. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations, promoting continuous improvement and professional development. Serve as a resource and problem-solver for nursing staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and addressing concerns promptly.
