Responsibilities include directly supervising nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care; conducting nursing rounds multiple times per shift; providing education to staff, residents, and families; ensuring staff compliance with guidelines; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current New Jersey RN license, and preferably long-term care experience. Schedules are 3-11 on weekdays with all shifts on weekends, offering daily pay options, health benefits, and advancement opportunities."
