Alaris Health at The Chateau – North & South Pavilion, a 251 bed-skilled nursing facility in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, seeks a licensed practical nurse LPN to provide resident care, treatment and services to the residents of the Center, assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, attend to the unit’s daily operations each shift and unit level and assume leadership responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include: assuming an active role in direct resident assessment and care administering residents’ medication and/or treatment counting and recording class drugs at the beginning and end of every shift communicating pertinent data to charge nurse, superior and/or physician providing residents emotional and physical comfort and ensuring their safety supervising and coordinating nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence with state and federal regulations
