Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is currently hiring for a PRN 3p-11p Registered Nurse Supervisor! Job Duties and Responsibilities: The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents. The RN Supervisor regular rounds on nursing units. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. The Registered Nurse Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
