Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide home health care services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing wound care, pain medicine, primary care, urgent care, acute care, long term care, and rehabilitation services. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for providing nursing services in a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing quality patient care. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide patient education and discharge planning. Assess patient needs and provide nursing care accordingly. Monitor vital signs, document changes, and report any abnormalities to the physician. Perform wound care and dressing changes as needed. Assess pain levels and provide appropriate pain management techniques. Perform physical assessments of patients in home health, long-term care, acute care, urgent care, primary care, rehabilitation center, nursing home, or skilled nursing facility settings.
