The Actors Fund Home is an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of a CMS Five Star Rating. The facility provides nursing care for residents and offers comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on aging professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. Job duties include ensuring resident assessments, coordinating nursing services, preparing and administering medications, performing professional medical services, completing required documentation, and reporting resident abuse. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school, an active New Jersey LPN license, minimum 1-year LPN experience, and ability to work flexible hours.
