We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the following openings. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include making daily rounds to observe resident physical and emotional status, providing comprehensive nursing care oversight, analyzing staffing needs, assessing resident needs, implementing care plans, and performing charge nurse duties. Required skills include a valid NJ nursing license, excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations."
