The role involves supervising nursing staff on assigned shifts by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care elements. Responsibilities include conducting nursing rounds, providing staff and resident education, assessing patient needs, tracking treatments, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring staff compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
