As a CNA, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our residents. Your care and compassion are at the heart of our mission. What You'll Do: As a valuable team member, you'll provide direct care to residents, performing essential nursing skills as directed by our experienced staff. Specific duties include: reporting at start of shift, prioritizing care with co-workers, assisting residents with activities of daily living, informing nurses of observations, ensuring competency through yearly in-services, maintaining a safe environment, maintaining a professional attitude, attending resident care conferences, and assisting with vital signs.
