$5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS Duties and Responsibilities: Review notes from each patient and collect basic medical information. Collect vital signs and record data in the patient's chart. Observe patient's condition, including symptoms, condition, symptoms of each disease, and other information. Perform treatments as outlined in the patient's chart. Update charts as necessary. Communicate with supervising physician or nurse practitioner regarding additional procedures or services provided to patients. Document patient history and provide detailed report to physician or nurse practitioner. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervising physician or nurse practitioner.
