$7,000.00 Sign on Bonus!! SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 a year Preferred Care is seeking a motivated RN Supervisor to be part of our team in an enjoyable atmosphere. With the recent renovations and new management at Preferred Care the RN Supervisor will assist in leading the clinical team for the 130 bed facility which includes short term and long term residents. *RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities* · The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift. · The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care. · The RN Supervisor demonstrates competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience. · The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders in a timely manner. · The RN Supervisor conducts unit rounds, ensuring that clinical practices are delivered within the facility's established standards of care. · The RN Supervisor maintains standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies.
