Duties Main Function: -Provides quality nursing care to all residents in the assigned unit through the effective and efficient use of nursing personnel. -Enables the residents to attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being. -Coordinates services provided by outside consultants and other nursing home departments. -Adheres to State of New Jersey Standards of Practice for registered professional nurse utilizing the nursing process. Experience - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey. - Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of medical documentation and electronic medical records systems. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
