RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR: - Administrating treatments and documentation - Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs. - Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. - Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs. - All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Minimum two years of experience is required
